Our Roots: From Thailand, with Heart
Thai Pattara was born from a deep and long-standing connection between Thailand and Russia, founded by two Thai sisters, Pratoom and Monta, whose passion for Thai hospitality and culture became the heart of the brand.
The story began in Pattaya, Thailand, through the family’s hospitality business, Natural Park Resort, Jomtien Beach, a destination that welcomed many Russian travellers escaping the long winters of Russia in search of warmth, relaxation, and the unique spirit of Thailand. Over several decades, these meaningful exchanges between Thai hospitality and Russian guests created not only friendships, but also a strong cultural bond between the two countries. Inspired by this connection, the founders envisioned creating a place in Moscow where people could continue experiencing authentic Thai hospitality beyond their travels to Thailand. This vision eventually became Thai Pattara Centre — the first Thai spa and Thai restaurant in Moscow owned and operated by Thai owners
More than simply a wellness destination, Thai Pattara was created to share the beauty and warmth of Thai culture with the Russian community through traditional Thai massage, authentic Thai cuisine, heartfelt hospitality, and a lifestyle inspired by Thailand.
Thai Pattara Centre officially opened its doors on 7 May 2014, with the honour of H.E. Dr. Itti Ditbanjong, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation at the time, presiding over the official opening ceremony.
The occasion marked an important milestone in strengthening the cultural relationship and friendship between Thailand and Russia.
Today, Thai Pattara continues to evolve as a contemporary Thai cultural and lifestyle destination in Moscow — bringing together wellness, cuisine, craftsmanship, hospitality, and the essence of Thai living into one meaningful experience, regardless of the season.
